Panattoni has completed the Panattoni Park Białystok III logistics complex covering over 32,000 sqm, located in Choroszcz.

Before construction was completed, the developer secured six tenants from the courier, logistics, construction, environmental protection and retail sectors, including electronics and cosmetics. The remaining space of 9,400 sqm is currently the only Class A warehouse space available in the region.

"The completion of Panattoni Park Białystok III – our third development in the region – confirms the growing importance of the Podlaskie Voivodeship on Poland's logistics map," says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni. "The region is increasingly attracting companies operating on a national and international scale."

The new park marks the next stage of Panattoni's expansion in north-eastern Poland. The developer was the first to introduce Class A industrial space to the Podlaskie Voivodeship and has completed a total of three facilities with a combined area of 109,000 sqm.

The facility has been built near the Białystok-Zachód junction on the S8 expressway. The location provides access to the national transport network and the Via Carpatia route, which will connect Northern and Southern Europe. The park is located approximately 16 km from the centre of Białystok.

The project will achieve a Breeam Excellent rating, confirming the use of solutions supporting energy efficiency and reduced water consumption. The facility will also feature infrastructure supporting sustainable mobility, including electric vehicle charging points.
