Harden Construction has completed the third hall spanning 39,000 sqm at the Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II production and warehouse complex.
Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II benefits from its strategic location next to the S6 and S7 expressway junction, ensuring optimal connectivity with the entire Tri-City region. As general contractor for the latest phase, Harden Construction delivered infrastructure comprising 27,600 sqm of warehouse space, 9,200 sqm of production area and 2,000 sqm of office facilities.
"Completing Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II proves we can combine complex engineering challenges with strict environmental standards. We delivered a facility that not only meets operational expectations but sets standards in Breeam certification," says Paweł Fiuczek, Managing Director of Harden Construction.
The project required advanced engineering work, including construction of nearly one kilometre of specialist stormwater drainage. A key part of the facility was fully adapted to the strict requirements of tenant NRF, a leading supplier of refrigeration solutions. Harden Construction equipped the hall with high-performance ventilation systems for soldering ovens, an extensive compressed air network and a dedicated chemical materials warehouse.
"Handing over space to NRF confirms our precision in delivering advanced industrial installations. From efficient ventilation to compressed air systems, we created infrastructure ready for the most demanding production processes," says Łukasz Kozerski, Operations Director at Harden Construction. The project achieved Breeam Excellent certification, with biologically active areas covering nearly 45% of the plot, translating to over 50,000 sqm of professionally landscaped greenery.
