Panattoni has purchased a land plot where it is to build Panattoni Park Kraków East V. The launch of construction work is scheduled for October and the park’s first tenant – Highway Automotive – has already been found.

MLP Group has signed a long-term lease agreement with a Chinese manufacturer of automotive parts, which, as part of its global nearshoring strategy, will lease 23,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. Construction of the facility will begin in the early fourth quarter of 2024, the handover is planed for the second quarter of 2025. The new building will meet the highest environmental standards, to be confirmed by BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.

Hauser, a refrigeration furniture and technology supplier, has leased new premises in Garbe Park České Budějovice. Development company Garbe is now arranging a permit for customising spaces for the client. 

Nagel-Group, one of Europe’s leading companies in food logistics, will lease one of the buildings within LemonTree’s Booster Zabrze complex. The tenant will move into the facility in the second quarter of 2025. The agreement between the companies has been signed for a 15-year term.

Companies leased 91,000 sqm of office spaces in Bucharest in Q1, up by 63% compared to the same period of last year, according to a Cushman & Wakefield Echinox report.

CTP has signed three key ten-year leases in its most sustainable industrial park near Prague, comprising more than 60% of a new 32,000 sqm building that will be delivered by the end of Q2 2024 at CTPark Prague North.

The Dornych project of Crestyl Group replacing the old shopping centre in the neighbourhood of the Brno Central Station has received a building permit.

Full-service logistics provider DB Schenker has prolonged its lease contract in CTP's logistics centre in the important regional city of Székesfehérvár. CTP Hungary was represented by 108 Real Estate, portfolio.hu reports.

CTP has leased 10,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,400 sqm of offices at CTPark Belgrade City to Wagen International (Wint), an automotive parts supplier, for a new high-tech distribution centre.

The third fund of the real estate and investment group Arete has completed the development of a modern industrial complex in the urban area of Pilsen, Borská pole. The long-term tenant of the hall will be Oxymetal CZ, which specializes in metal processing and production of metal components for various industries, including automotive, energy and construction.
