The Dornych project of Crestyl Group replacing the old shopping centre in the neighbourhood of the Brno Central Station has received a building permit.

Full-service logistics provider DB Schenker has prolonged its lease contract in CTP's logistics centre in the important regional city of Székesfehérvár. CTP Hungary was represented by 108 Real Estate, portfolio.hu reports.

CTP has leased 10,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,400 sqm of offices at CTPark Belgrade City to Wagen International (Wint), an automotive parts supplier, for a new high-tech distribution centre.

The third fund of the real estate and investment group Arete has completed the development of a modern industrial complex in the urban area of Pilsen, Borská pole. The long-term tenant of the hall will be Oxymetal CZ, which specializes in metal processing and production of metal components for various industries, including automotive, energy and construction. 

VGP has handed over its brand new premises to Dachser Czech Republic in VGP Park České Budějovice in the Světlík commercial zone. Hall D, which has just been completed, covers 14,000 sqm and was built to suit this international logistics service provider as a further extension of its existing premises in Hall C, which covers over 9,000 sqm. It will primarily be used for contract logistics. The building aspires to a BREEAM green certification of Excellent, VGP announced. 

Accolade Group continues to expand its activities in the Karlovy Vary region and is directing another investment of billions of crowns to the region. In cooperation with developer Panattoni, it is currently continuing to prepare a brand-new industrial complex in Okrouhla (Cheb East) with an estimated value of CZK 2 billion (€81 million) and a planned area of 80,000 sqm, of which 60,000 will be taken over by the first tenant, the American tyre manufacturer Goodyear, at the beginning of next year. In addition to this project, Accolade owns two other parks in Cheb, with the area of all three projects expected to reach almost 600,000 sqm in the future. 

Industrial developer CTP says its new CTPark Arad West project has already reached a 40% pre-lease, with delivery slated for Q1 2024. 

IT company ITIXO has signed a lease agreement for office space in the IQ Ostrava building. It has thus become the first new tenant of one of the most modern office buildings in the Czech Republic, belonging to the developer CTP. CTP is also the originator of the popular Clubco coworking centre concept, which will be available in IQ Ostrava this autumn.

CTP has leased approximately 68,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse space to Mercator, a major Serbian supermarket chain, at CTPark Belgrade City, which will be the largest logistics hub in Serbia when complete.

New Immo Holding, which brings together the real estate activities of the Mulliez Family Association, has recorded gross revenues of €304.5 million during H1 2023, up 7% compared to the same period of last year, while the rental income rose by 2.6%.
