Globalworth's portfolio in Romania has been consolidated by the prolongation and extension of the lease contracts for a period of 3 - 11 years with key partners such as Adecco, Cegedim, Clinicile și Laboratoarele Sfânta Maria, Mazars and a major bank.
Logistics company FIEGE has recently signed three transactions for 38,600 square meters at Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor, of which 19,600 square meters are new leases, including the just-completed new Building 11 totalling 14,000 square meters. With a total leased area in the park of 59,000 square meters, FIEGE has become the largest customer of Prologis in Hungary.
The PZU Group has leased 47,000 sqm of office, retail, service and warehouse space, as well as 325 parking spaces in Generation Park Y – Skanska’s highest office building in CEE located in Warsaw. With this lease, the building is now 98.5 percent occupied. The PZU Group will move its headquarters to the new office in Q2 2022. This is the largest lease agreement in the history of the office market in Poland and the history of the Skanska Group in the world.
Ekol Poland has rented 23,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań VII, on which it will carry out logistics processes for the outdoor clothing producer - Regatta. The implemóented operations will ensure integrated sales, both in the e-commerce channel and in stationery stores, as well as support wholesalers. The lease transaction was mediated by Axi Immo.
Panattoni has signed a lease with the owner of the Polish fashion label Tatuum – KAN sp. z o.o. The tenant will take up 10,150 sqm at Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź, moving in by mid-August 2020. The developer also leased 14,000 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Tricity East III to Omega Pilzno.
P3 has signed a lease agreement with InPost for 10,882 sqm in the P3 Piotrków park. The modern warehouse and office space will be used for logistic processes within services offered by InPost Fulfillment, an operator for e-commerce companies.
GTC Bulgaria has informed that the varied tenant portfolio of Advance Business Center II will be enriched by Commerzbank. One of the largest German banks will lease over 3,500 sqm GLA of office space starting 1st December 2020. The pre-leasing agreement was consulted by CBRE. Advance Business Center II is under construction phase and due for delivery in Q4 2020.
Gorkého 4 Offices in Bratislava’s Old Town, located in the building of the former Chamber of Commerce, has secured its first tenant. Wood & Company will lease the space from owner Kooperativa insurance company, a member of the Vienna Insurance Group. The new tenant will move in in the coming weeks.
JLL has advised Rosti Romania, owned by the Swedish company Rosti Group AB, in the lease of 11,300 sqm industrial spaces in Paulesti, near Ploiesti, developed and rented out by WDP. The construction of the new production facility, announced by Rosti at the end of last year, has already started and the delivery date is set for 2021.
Tech start-up A4BEE has leased 600 sqm of office space in Wojdyła Business Park in Wrocław. Cushman & Wakefield advised the owner for this transaction.
Colliers branch in Katowice has changed its address. Since September the office is located in the .KTW I building on Roździeńskiego Avenue 1a. Colliers has taken the space on the first floor of the building.
Meat2Eat has leased 400 sqm for a new restaurant that it opened on the ground floor of One Tower office building in Bucharest. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. The building is owned by Romanian developer One United Properties.
