The Specjał Capital Group has expanded its presence at MLP Poznań by leasing an additional 6,400 sqm of space for warehousing, including cold and freezer storage. At the same time, the company extended its existing lease, bringing the total area it occupies at the site to more than 22,000 sqm. The move also involved relocating the Specjał Śrem branch to the new facility. Newmark Polska represented the tenant during the leasing process.

The expansion strengthens Specjał’s logistics operations in western Poland, particularly in the distribution of fresh and frozen products. “MLP Group’s flexibility in adapting space to our refrigeration needs was a key factor in our decision,” said Paweł Styka, Logistics Director at Specjał.

Agnieszka Góźdź, Management Board Member at MLP Group, noted that the agreement highlights the strong partnership between the two companies and the advantages of the location, near the S11 route and A2 motorway. Specjał is also a major tenant at MLP Czeladź.

Katarzyna Bojanowicz of Newmark Polska added that their long-standing cooperation with Specjał reflects the trust placed in the firm’s ability to support expansion through tailored warehousing solutions.

MLP Poznań is part of MLP Group’s “build & hold” strategy, offering long-term operational stability and modern infrastructure. Once fully developed, the park will provide around 90,000 sqm of space.
