Global Business Solutions (GBS), the largest shared services centre of the BAT group that serves BAT subsidiaries at a European and global level, will occupy an area of ​​10,500 sqm in One Cotroceni Park Phase 2. The lease transaction was brokered by Knight Frank Romania. 

Panattoni will deliver 21,000 sqm to Trivium Packaging, a global manufacturer of metal packaging, as early as 2023. It will be the biggest completed development for a single customer in the developer's Kraków portfolio. 

JLL Romania advised Euroest Car, a company specialising in the import and distribution of original car parts, in leasing 9,500 sqm in CTPark Bucharest Chitila, a Class A industrial park owned by CTP Romania in the northwest of Bucharest.

Panattoni Park Teplice South in the industrial zone in Hostomice has reported full occupancy. The last vacancies in the Panattoni Park Teplice South complex will be filled by international logistics companies Maersk, Raben and the manufacturing company Exyte. CTP sees growing interest in smaller multifunctional spaces of up to 2,000 sqm in the Czech Republic. According to data from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate, ​the renegotiation of the 10,000 sqm contract is one of the largest transactions in the Warsaw office market for Q2 2022.
