New Immo Holding, which brings together the real estate activities of the Mulliez Family Association, has recorded gross revenues of €304.5 million during H1 2023, up 7% compared to the same period of last year, while the rental income rose by 2.6%. 

Exyte Technology will lease 12,600 sqm at VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City as a new tenant. There will be 3 halls in total within the VGP Park, one will be finished this year, and the other two are being prepared.

Panattoni has signed a new lease contract for the Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint complex, which opened in May. Food wholesaler and distributor Bidfood will lease two-thirds of Building A.

CTP has signed three new deals totalling 31,750 sqm at CTPark Budapest West and CTPark Komárom, both located close to Hungary’s capital city Budapest.

In ten years since entering the Karlovy Vary Region, Accolade Group has invested in a total of nearly 300,000 sqm of production, e-commerce and logistics space. The value of completed and handed-over projects exceeds €316 million and properties worth approximately €380 million are currently under construction. Garbe Industrial Real Estate CEE has signed a lease agreement comprising 18,000 sqm with GPV, an electronics manufacturing services partner. GPV will occupy the entire building in the Garbe Green Park Piešťany. The building is currently under construction and will be finished this month. Adjustments related to the customer’s operation will be completed by the end of the year. This park that is located 80 kilometres from Bratislava will be fully let and developed.

IRE-TEX Praha, which designs, manufactures, and supplies packaging solutions, is moving part of its production, warehouse and offices to new premises in the Fáblovka industrial zone in Pardubice from October 2023. Savills mediated the five-year lease of the entire 7,500 sqm hall. IRE-TEX has two more production halls in Pilsen.

VGP has concluded a lease contract with Dachser Czech Republic for the lease of new space in VGP Park České Budějovice, situated in the Světlík commercial zone. The hall, with an area of 14,000 sqm will be tailor-made for Dachser, a leading provider of logistic services in Europe. The expected completion date and delivery of premises for use is already in October of this year. The company currently leases another hall in the park, with a total area of 9,424 sqm and with the new building will be expanding its operations at that same location.

Last year Globalworth confirmed its strong position in Central and Eastern Europe by signing leases for a combined 87,500 sqm in Poland. This result comprises new contracts for office and retail-gastronomy space, extensions of existing contracts and enlargements of areas leased by tenants.

CTP has completed two industrial lettings with 12,000 sqm of space at CTP Park Cerhovice. Two speculatively developed sustainable warehouse spaces have been leased to French global automotive supplier Valeo Vymeniky Tepla s.r.o and leading European logistics operator Raben Logistics Czech s.r.o. CTP plans to develop a further 58,000 sqm in this industrial park by the end of 2024, the company announced.
