cargo-partner has extended and expanded its lease at MLP Pruszków II, increasing its warehouse space to 14,400 sqm. The logistics provider, a tenant of MLP Group since 2006, added 1,600 sqm to its current lease of 12,800 sqm. The transaction was facilitated by Renthis.

Shanghai Pret Composites, a manufacturer of polymer composites for the automotive and industrial sectors, has signed a lease agreement for a production facility in Opole. The deal, facilitated by Savills Polska, marks the company's first investment in Poland and is part of its broader European expansion strategy.

OBI, one of the leading home improvement chains in Europe, has extended its lease for over 10,000 sqm of retail and warehouse space at P3 Łódź I. This decision strengthens the company’s long-standing presence in the park, where it has operated since 2008.

City Point Targówek, an urban logistics development in Warsaw, has secured a lease agreement for 10,000 sqm of warehouse space with a leading company from the food production and distribution sector. According to Peakside Capital Advisors, this is the largest lease signed on the Warsaw logistics market in 2025 to date, both in terms of size and level of technical customisation. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2026.

The Specjał Capital Group has expanded its presence at MLP Poznań by leasing an additional 6,400 sqm of space for warehousing, including cold and freezer storage. At the same time, the company extended its existing lease, bringing the total area it occupies at the site to more than 22,000 sqm. The move also involved relocating the Specjał Śrem branch to the new facility. Newmark Polska represented the tenant during the leasing process.

Global motion technology company Schaeffler is set to open a 62,500 sqm regional distribution and kitting centre at Prologis Park Ujazd in Poland. The build-to-suit facility, currently under development, will serve the Eastern and Southeastern European markets and is scheduled to launch in the first half of 2026.

Total office demand in Budapest rose by 8% year-on-year to 502,150 sqm during 2024, according to data from the Budapest Research Forum (BRF). 

Panattoni has purchased a land plot where it is to build Panattoni Park Kraków East V. The launch of construction work is scheduled for October and the park’s first tenant – Highway Automotive – has already been found.

MLP Group has signed a long-term lease agreement with a Chinese manufacturer of automotive parts, which, as part of its global nearshoring strategy, will lease 23,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. Construction of the facility will begin in the early fourth quarter of 2024, the handover is planed for the second quarter of 2025. The new building will meet the highest environmental standards, to be confirmed by BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.

Hauser, a refrigeration furniture and technology supplier, has leased new premises in Garbe Park České Budějovice. Development company Garbe is now arranging a permit for customising spaces for the client.
