Slovak developer Lucron has launched sales for Na námestí II, the next phase of its Arboria residential district in Trnava. The phase will deliver 81 apartments across three six-storey buildings, with construction scheduled to begin in summer 2027 and completion targeted for summer 2029. The offer will include two-, three- and four-room layouts, with some units featuring terraces or ground-floor gardens.
The new buildings will form part of a broader district centre taking shape alongside the first Na námestí phase, which is already under construction. Planned amenities include a square with greenery, seating areas, a water feature, a café, a restaurant, a new bus stop, a nursery school and retail units. Apartments will be handed over with triple-glazed windows, fire-resistant entrance doors, quality flooring, wall tiles and sanitary fittings, and pre-installation for shading. Buyers are required to pay 10% of the purchase price upfront, with the remaining 90% due on completion.
"Na námestí is an important step in the further development of Arboria. It does not only add new housing, but gradually shapes a place that will become its natural centre. The combination of housing with quality public space, greenery and services is what we consider the foundation of a well-functioning urban district," said Juraj Šahún, Commercial Director at Lucron Group.
Arboria has been developing in Trnava for fifteen years and by the end of 2025 had more than 1,500 completed apartments, with the total planned to exceed 3,000. The district includes approximately 35,000 sqm of parks and green areas, a Relax Park with sports facilities, ten children's playgrounds and a network of shops, services and healthcare facilities. The city centre is around six minutes away by public transport, with motorway access available within a few minutes.
"When we started Arboria fifteen years ago, it was on a site where urban structure barely existed. Today thousands of people live here, and in planning further development we can draw on experience of what works in the district and what residents use in their daily lives," said Šahún. In the coming months Lucron also plans to launch sales for Arboria Zimná, a further phase that will bring an additional 81 apartments.
