cargo-partner has extended and expanded its lease at MLP Pruszków II, increasing its warehouse space to 14,400 sqm. The logistics provider, a tenant of MLP Group since 2006, added 1,600 sqm to its current lease of 12,800 sqm. The transaction was facilitated by Renthis.

The company initially operated from MLP Pruszków I before relocating to MLP Pruszków II in 2017. It provides a wide range of logistics services, including transport and warehousing, across multiple modes and industries.

“We are pleased with cargo-partner’s decision to expand its operations at MLP Pruszków II. Long-term partnerships such as this are central to our strategy,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, Management Board Member and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group. She highlighted the park’s location, flexible solutions, and environmental features, including photovoltaic panels and BREEAM certification.

Renthis’s Piotr Wojnarowicz noted that access to key transport routes and the potential for expansion were critical factors in the deal. He also pointed to the role of ESG features in the tenant’s decision.

Located near Warsaw in the Brwinów municipality, MLP Pruszków II is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a planned total GLA of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings have BREEAM certification, and solar installations are being added across the park.

MLP Group develops and retains ownership of its projects, offering long-term management and tenant support across Poland, Germany, Austria, and Romania. Its current portfolio totals around 1.6 million sqm.
