P3, a long-term investor and developer of European logistics properties, has announced the extension of a multi-year lease agreement for over 34,000 sqm of warehouse and office space used by tenant Hopi.

Hopi is one of the largest logistics service providers in Central Europe, specialising in warehousing, co-packing and forwarding services for FMCG manufacturers and retail chains. The facility tailored to the tenant's needs was built in P3 Mszczonow Park in 2020.

"We are delighted that Hopi - one of our long-term tenants - has decided to continue our cooperation," says Michał Kowalczyk, Leasing Manager P3 Logistic Parks in Poland. "The agreement extension confirms the location of our park near Warsaw, but also the client's trust in the quality of our services."

The Hopi facility in P3 Mszczonow Park serves as the company's central warehouse and headquarters. In addition to warehouse space, the 1,455 sqm area houses a three-storey office building with a glass facade. About 60% of the warehouse space allows for temperature-controlled operation. The facility has a height of 12m and a reinforced floor with a load capacity of 7.5 t/sqm.

"The warehouse at P3 Mszczonow Park, built in line with our requirements, has been serving us well for years," says Robert Korczakowski, Managing Director, Hopi in Poland. "Mszczonow has a location close to Warsaw and ensures easy access to regional cities, supporting our ability to provide customers with required service levels." P3 Mszczonow Park is located 50km south-west of Warsaw along the S8 expressway.
