City Point Targówek, an urban logistics development in Warsaw, has secured a lease agreement for 10,000 sqm of warehouse space with a leading company from the food production and distribution sector. According to Peakside Capital Advisors, this is the largest lease signed on the Warsaw logistics market in 2025 to date, both in terms of size and level of technical customisation. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2026.

The tenant will occupy space in the newly developed C1 building, designed to meet its specific operational needs. Construction is set to begin in summer 2025, with preparatory works already completed.

“We are pleased to welcome our new tenant and to have been able to offer a tailored solution aligned with their business needs,” said Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland. “This deal reflects our ability to implement non-standard solutions that create value for occupiers.”

City Point Targówek will eventually offer 100,000 sqm of space for logistics, light manufacturing and other specialist uses. Located within Warsaw’s city limits, the site benefits from strong transport links and proximity to residential areas. The project is being developed by a joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors, with AXI Immo acting as the leasing agent.
