VGP has concluded a lease agreement with Pilulka Lékárny for 4,479 sqm of warehouse space in the newly completed hall "I" in VGP Park Olomouc. The company is one of the largest pharmaceutical and pharmacy groups in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The warehouses in Olomouc will be used for supplying customers in several regions: Brno, Ostrava, Olomouc and Prostějov. The new premises have been implemented in the BREEAM Very Good green certification.

Garbe Green Park Piestany in Western Slovakia is on course. The first 4,700 sqm hall is fully leased. The second hall, which will have a final area of 18,000 sqm, is just starting to be built. It should be ready early next year. The news was announced today by the developer.

Lidl Polska, one of the largest retail chains in the country, will become one of the tenants of 7R Park Poznań West this August. The company will use nearly 10,900 sqm of modern warehouse and office space.

GTC Bulgaria is welcoming a new tenant on board – fast-growing software company Gtmhub, which will lease 1,700 sqm in Advance Business Centre I. Moreover, one of GTC’s anchor tenants extended the lease in Mall of Sofia Tower for another five years.

Occupier activity in the Warsaw office market remained relatively strong throughout the second quarter of 2022, while office availability continued to decrease further, pointing to a continued downward trend in vacancy rates, reveals Newmark Polska in its latest report.

Kromberg & Schubert’s new plant is to start production at the beginning of Q3 2022 in Skopje, North Macedonia. The transaction was assisted by Forton MKA, an alliance partner of Cushman & Wakefield for North Macedonia.

Austrian developer Karimpol Group has finished the first stage of the Squarebizz Bory project in Bratislava, which comprises eco-friendly retail storage, service and showroom space within an area of 15,000 sqm. The developer also announced the first tenants who have signed contracts already and the launching of the second phase.

Development company Antracit is launching a series of projects in several cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is preparing a mixed-use rental project in Ostrava, an office and apartment project and a rental project in Pilsen. A mixed-use rental project is also being prepared in Žilina and another rental project in an industrial area in Prešov, the company announced. 

This year CA Immo has already closed 18 lease transactions in total in Prague. These are mostly new leases and expansions with an office space of almost 16,200 sqm. Also, both new office buildings Mississippi House and Missouri Park, which have been completed in summer of 2021, are fully let now.  

Swedish company Desenio Group set up a new distribution centre for European markets outside the Nordic region. For the centre, Desenio leased nearly 18,500 sqm in CTPark Bor. The transaction was assisted by Cushman & Wakefield.
