Krajowy Ośrodek Wsparcia Rolnictwa (KOWR) has renewed its lease agreement at the Karolkowa Business Park office building, owned by the Menora Group, Shikun&Binui Group and M&A Capital. According to data from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate, the renegotiation of the 10,000 sqm contract is one of the largest transactions in the Warsaw office market for Q2 2022.
VGP has concluded a lease agreement with Pilulka Lékárny for 4,479 sqm of warehouse space in the newly completed hall "I" in VGP Park Olomouc. The company is one of the largest pharmaceutical and pharmacy groups in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The warehouses in Olomouc will be used for supplying customers in several regions: Brno, Ostrava, Olomouc and Prostějov. The new premises have been implemented in the BREEAM Very Good green certification.
Garbe Green Park Piestany in Western Slovakia is on course. The first 4,700 sqm hall is fully leased. The second hall, which will have a final area of 18,000 sqm, is just starting to be built. It should be ready early next year. The news was announced today by the developer.
