Prologis has signed a lease agreement with GEM Logistics s.r.o. for over 5,000 sqm at DC2 in Prologis Park Brno-Syrovice, near Brno in South Moravia. The Czech transport and logistics company will use the facility as a distribution centre for smaller consignments and orders handled by delivery vans, with operations characterised by a high frequency of vehicle movements and a need for fast shipment handling.

GTC, an investor and manager of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, has signed a lease agreement for 23,000 sqm with the City of Łódź. The municipal administration will relocate its main headquarters to the University Business Park complex on Wólczańska Street, consolidating 34 offices, departments and branches in a single location. Around 1,500 municipal employees are expected to work from the complex, with operations beginning at the turn of 2027 and 2028.

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska has signed a lease for 5,350 sqm at MLP Poznań, a logistics park in Koninko near Poznań. Of the total area, nearly 500 sqm will be used for office and staff facilities, with the remainder allocated to warehousing. The facility is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised the tenant on the transaction.

CTP has signed a lease of nearly 10,000 sqm of warehouse space with Chorus Research Engineering Distribution at CTPark Bucharest North. Chorus, a Romanian provider of integrated electrical solutions for energy and automation technologies, serves customers across the renewable energy and industrial automation sectors.

Berner Polska Sp. z o.o. has signed a long-term lease for approximately 6,500 sqm of warehouse space at 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a logistics and technology park under development in Kraków. The company, a Polish subsidiary of the Berner Group, a family-owned B2B supplier of maintenance products operating in 21 European countries, plans to relocate its logistics operations from its existing distribution centre in Skawina to Building H1 at the new park in the fourth quarter of 2027. Building H1 will ultimately offer around 42,000 sqm of space. Cushman & Wakefield advised Berner Polska on the location selection.

P3 Logistic Parks has signed a lease agreement with HOPI for 22,790 sqm in the DC9 building at P3 Mszczonów, located approximately 50 km south-west of Warsaw along the S8 expressway. The building, which has received its occupancy permit and been handed over to the tenant, comprises 21,990 sqm of warehouse space and 800 sqm of offices. With this addition, HOPI's total footprint at the park, which also houses the company's headquarters and central warehouse, reaches nearly 57,000 sqm.

Borne Furniture, a manufacturer of tabletops, shelving units and other furniture components, has leased 4,050 sqm of warehouse space at MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski. The tenant was represented by Newmark Polska. A key factor in the decision was the immediate availability of the space, with the company already operational in the completed building.

Logis Helena d.o.o. and Tokić d.d., Croatia's distributor of automotive parts and tyres, have signed a long-term lease agreement for an automated logistics and distribution centre in the Sveta Helena Business Zone, near Zagreb.

Pan-European real estate developer VGP is strengthening its Romanian footprint by securing two lease transactions with Ursus Breweries and ePiesa.

Industrial developer CTP has agreed a seven-year extension of its partnership with Autonet, a Romanian importer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories. The company has renewed the lease for the entire 26,000 sqm facility it occupies at CTPark Bucharest South, continuing a collaboration that began in 2021.
