The P3 Lovosice Cargo logistics hall, unique thanks to its railway siding, has been leased to a new tenant. The hall, with an area of over 43 thousand sqm, can accommodate a train with up to 15 wagons.

On the other side of the hall, there are 25 gates for trucks, which allow the transfer of goods from rail to road transport under one roof. The building also offers 1,100 sqm of office facilities.

The tenant, Yusen Logistics (Czech), a global provider of contract logistics services, including supply chain management and transport services such as air, sea, and road transport, will utilise the space for warehousing services and finished goods logistics for Mondi Štětí, a kraft paper and pulp producer, one of the largest players in this field in Europe.

“Before Yusen Logistics moved into the hall, the roof, lights, loading docks and part of the facilities were modernised and adapted to the new tenant. The quality, sustainability and energy efficiency of the building are demonstrated by the BREEAM certification at the Very good level,” says Sean-Jason Valta, leasing specialist at P3 Logistic Parks.

This is the second P3 building that Yusen Logistics has leased in the Czech Republic, the first being located in P3 Prague D1.
