PKB Inwest Budowa has received a final building permit for a new retail park in Konstantynów Łódzki, scheduled to open in Q2 2026

The project will be located in a strategic spot on Zgierska Street, the main access route to the S14 expressway, serving traffic from Łódź and Zgierz. The retail park’s catchment area will include the town’s 18,000 residents as well as over 100,000 people from nearby locations within a 15-minute drive. It will neighbour a large residential estate and existing stores of Lidl, Biedronka and Dino.

The scheme will offer 6,500 sqm of GLA across three buildings, with 153 parking spaces for customers. According to Jacek Ostwald, general partner at PKB Inwest Budowa, the location next to densely populated residential areas and busy roads, combined with the convenience of the retail park format, is expected to attract both customers and tenants, while supporting the local economy.

The complex will feature several units housing brands from key retail segments, including grocery, general merchandise, electronics, household appliances, and cosmetics.

REA Beata Bandalewicz is responsible for the project’s leasing on behalf of PKB Inwest Budowa.

PKB Inwest Budowa has been active on the Polish investment and construction market since 2013, specialising in retail park projects from land acquisition to commercialisation and sale.
