Patria Logistics-Retail Fund, managed by Patria Investment Company, successfully finalised the purchase of the Plana Logistics Park (PLP), located in Plana nad Luznici, Southern Bohemia. PLP is the third property acquired to the Fund and increases the total number of real estate assets owned and controlled by PIC to eight.

M7 Real Estate, the pan-European investor and asset manager specialising in multi-tenanted properties, announces that it has fully deployed the capital raised on behalf of M7 CEREF II, its value-add fund targeting logistics and office investments in key Central European markets. The final acquisition is Pallag 43, a modern, last-mile logistics asset in the north of Budapest acquired from a private investor for €9.6 million.

Pan-European logistics platform Crossbay has purchased 100,000 sqm of warehouse space in two sites in Warsaw and Łódź. Both sites were acquired from Panattoni Europe, a developer of logistics and industrial space, for an undisclosed sum

Belgian WDP, the developer of industrial and logistics projects, says it has ongoing investments of around €102 million in several Romanian cities with deliveries expected by the first quarter of 2022.

VGP enters the Budapest market by purchasing a 38 ha development site at the strategic location of Üllő, adjacent to Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The development potential of VGP Park Budapest Aerozone is approx. 125,000 sqm.

Commercial real estate investments in Romania amounted to €570 million in the first nine months, down 29% compared to the same period of 2020, according to JLL Romania. The Bucharest market attracted 70% of the total investment volume, mainly in the office segment.
