The Czech branch of Colliers launched a new generation of search engines for vacant office, industrial and retail space in the Czech Republic, the company announced.

The new search engines are available on the Officemap.cz, Warehousesmap.cz, and Retailmap.cz portals and allow website visitors to filter property searches based on several parameters: for example by location, size, price or duration of rental for offices and shops. In addition, the portals offer important news and up-to-date information about the commercial real estate market. As the only search engines of their kind in the Czech Republic, they contain, in addition to information on warehouse, office, and industrial space availability, also retail locations in Prague in the most exclusive and most expensive locations.

The portals are user-friendly and guide customers to their target properties quickly and with a minimum number of clicks. With the portals’ help, users not only get an overview of all available spaces in one location, but they can also easily compare individual offers and obtain comprehensive information about them. The portals’ clear maps list all available offers where, when users move to a specific item, they can see, in the property preview, photos and possibly the address and price. This data makes the portal an important guide for users. "New versions of our office, industrial and retail search engines are an important part of our strategy to improve client and customer service. These tools save customers time and offer them the most effective way of getting the information they need for their business and for making decisions," says Tewfik Sabongui, Managing Partner at Colliers Czech.

The portals display offers from all over the country. While most of the vacant offices and shops are in Prague, the available warehouse and industrial premises are more evenly distributed throughout the country. The latter have connections to larger population areas and good transport services. Currently, the space search engines Officemap.cz, Warehousesmap.cz and Retailmap.cz, include almost 600 monitored office buildings, over 200 warehouse complexes throughout the Czech Republic, and two dozen so-called high street retail spaces.
