CMS is set to welcome Adriana Andrzejewska as a partner in its Real Estate practice in Warsaw from 2 November 2026. She rejoins the firm having previously held roles at Addleshaw Goddard and Linklaters, bringing experience advising domestic and international investors on real estate transactions across the hospitality, office, logistics, retail park and residential sectors.
Andrzejewska's practice has a particular focus on the hospitality sector. Her appointment is also expected to support collaboration across CMS's Central and Eastern European (CEE) network, as international capital continues to play a role in the Polish real estate market.
"We are delighted to welcome Adriana back to CMS. As investment patterns evolve and international capital continues to seek opportunities across the region, clients increasingly need advisers who combine deep local market knowledge with international perspective," said Andrzej Pośniak, Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe and Managing Partner for CMS Poland.
"Adriana brings extensive experience advising on complex real estate transactions and a particularly strong track record in the hospitality sector. Her arrival adds further depth to our Real Estate practice and enhances our ability to support clients across a broad range of asset classes," said Agata Jurek-Zbrojska, Head of Real Estate and Construction at CMS Poland.
"I am very pleased to be returning to CMS. CMS's strong position in Poland, international reach and broad capabilities across different areas of law provide an excellent platform for offering clients comprehensive support on ambitious and complex projects, including cross-border matters," said Andrzejewska.
The CMS Real Estate team advises investors, developers, funds, lenders and occupiers on real estate and construction matters throughout the full investment lifecycle. The team is recognised by legal directories including Chambers and Legal 500.
