Panattoni has begun developing a logistics centre in Warsaw for Toyota Logistics Services Poland. The project will be delivered as a build-to-suit (BTS) within the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex and will comprise nearly 20,000 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, along with office and social facilities.

Commercial real estate developer 7R has officially commenced construction on 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a significant logistics and technology centre located in Kraków. The project is designed to deliver approximately 230,000 sqm of specialised technical and production space to the Polish market.

Panattoni has completed the sale of an automated e-grocery distribution centre, leased to Auchan in the Warsaw region, to French investment fund Corum XL, managed by Corum Asset Management.

Ares Management Corporation has completed the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland through its Ares Real Estate funds. The portfolio was purchased from Savills Investment Management (IM), which had owned the assets since 2020, for an undisclosed sum.

LemonTree has commenced the second phase of the Lablogic Warsaw project, located near Chopin Airport at Osmańska Street in Ursynów district. 

Logistics developer WDP is set to bolster its strategic position in Romania by launching three new industrial projects totalling approximately 40,000 sqm.   

Industrial developer CTP recorded gross rental income of €205.1 million in Q1-2026, up 12.3% year-on-year with like-for-like rental growth of 4.6%. The company's annualised rental income increased to €849.3 million by the end of March 2026.

Industrial developer CTP has completed and handed over a 4,000 sqm extension for iwis at CTPark Oradea City. The project expands the company's existing 7,000 sqm production facility, bringing its total footprint to 11,000 sqm.

Prologis has expanded its presence in the Prague region through the acquisition of a modern warehouse building covering 17,455 sqm. The building is located in Rudná, 20 km from Prague city centre, and has been incorporated into Prologis Park Prague-Rudná.

The Czech Republic's modern industrial stock reached 13.59 million sqm in Q1 2026, according to the Industrial Research Forum. The quarter saw 307,000 sqm of new warehousing space delivered across 9 industrial parks, representing a 34% increase compared to the previous quarter and a 44% increase year-on-year.
