Penta Real Estate has started the construction of the Masaryčka by Zaha Hadid project in the centre of Prague, the company announced.

One United Properties and Bright Spaces announced today the launch of an interactive presentation and digital closure platform for One Tower built in the Floreasca area of ​​Bucharest.

The refurbishment of the Stratos Office Center, which is situated in the very centre of Warsaw, is nearing completion. Lift foyers on all the floors of the building have been revamped as part of the refurbishment works that are coming to an end. Managed by Colliers and owned by AMASI Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG., the Warsaw office building Prosta Office Centre has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at Very Good level. The rating applies to both the Building Efficiency (Part 1) and the Management Efficiency (Part 2) parts of the certificate.

BCR Romania is working on a project that takes into account the increased demand for telework and flexible offices in the two buildings in Bucharest where it has rented offices, which can lead to a reduction of workplaces, Economica.net informs.
