MidPoint71, the office building developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, has reached its target height, which was symbolized by a traditional topping out ceremony. Currently, facade and installation works are in progress. The next stage will be finishing the interior of the office building. The facility is scheduled to receive its occupancy permit in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Development of the MidPoint71 project began in December 2019. The project, consisting of a lower 6-story and a higher 14-story part, will provide 36,000 sq.m of modern office space to the Wrocław market.

“Topping out is a symbolic and one of the most important stages of the project. It means that we have already reached the target height of the building and we are approaching the end of construction. The next stages we are going to focus on now are facade and installation works, as well as finishing the interior of the office building. Despite the difficulties related to the pandemic and the recent turbulence on the building materials market, we are sticking to our schedule. Obtaining the occupancy permit and handing over the space to tenants is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021,” says Marek Chmielewski, Project Manager in Echo Investment's Office Department.

MidPoint71's tenants already include 3M Global Service Center, which will consolidate its Wrocław offices here, and Pyszne.pl – a provider of an innovative service for ordering food.

“Wrocław, despite a rather difficult pandemic time, is still a very attractive market for companies and investors. We have believed in the potential of this city for the last 10 years, as we are developing our seventh office project here, namely MidPoint71. We are getting closer to completing the investment, which was appreciated by our tenants leasing a total of more than 20,000 sq.m. Excellent location, elegant architecture, flexible office spaces, spacious terraces and a range of services at fingertips will make our tenants feel comfortable. We also see a lot of interest from other companies in our project," says Katarzyna Kubicka, Regional Director of Echo Investment's Office Department

The investor also took care of solutions helping to save energy and water, supporting waste management policy and minimizing the building's impact on the environment, to name a few. This is confirmed by obtaining the Excellent BREEAM certificate.
