Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as letting agent on Atrium 2 in Warsaw. The office building is in the asset portfolio of German investment fund HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH, which is represented by its asset manager for Poland, MFC Real Estate.

“It is a great honour for us to deliver services for HANSAINVEST. Atrium 2 is an icon of contemporary architecture in this part of Warsaw. In addition to being functional, it is simple and elegant in form. The building’s surroundings, including street furniture such as benches, greenery, service and F&B outlets, as well as a cosy high quality restaurant on the ground floor, are available not only to those working in the building, but also to local residents. Other great amenities include a gym for tenants on the ground floor, a bicycle storage room, and fully equipped lockers and showers. The complex combines all the key features of an ideal office for modern companies that care about both the success of their business and the wellbeing of their employees: a prime location, state-of-the-art technologies, comfortable space and sustainable solutions. It also boasts a modernist façade that seamlessly blends modernity and tradition and is one of the biggest strengths of Atrium 2,” says Anna Górska-Kwiatkowska, Head of Leasing Services, Cushman & Wakefield.

Monika Sieradzan and Marcin Górski of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield are in charge of the commercialisation process for Atrium 2.

Atrium 2 is a  class A office building in the centre of Warsaw, at 1 Pereca Street, near ONZ Roundabout. It is situated in the very heart of the city for easy access to restaurants, shopping centres and multiple meeting places. Thanks to numerous transport links, tram and bus services and the immediate proximity to Rondo ONZ station of the second metro line, and it is easily accessible from the key parts of the city. This 14-floor office building offers more than 20,000 sqm of leasable space. Its large glass panels permit optimum natural lighting of the interiors while many technological solutions, such as a control system adjusting light intensity to external lighting conditions, increase the level of comfort at work. It was designed in accordance with sustainable construction standards and has been awarded the highest Platinum rating in LEED certification.
