Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as letting agent on Atrium 2 in Warsaw. The office building is in the asset portfolio of German investment fund HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH, which is represented by its asset manager for Poland, MFC Real Estate.

Atrium 2 is a  class A office building in the centre of Warsaw, at 1 Pereca Street, near ONZ Roundabout. It is situated in the very heart of the city for easy access to restaurants, shopping centres and multiple meeting places. Thanks to numerous transport links, tram and bus services and the immediate proximity to Rondo ONZ station of the second metro line, and it is easily accessible from the key parts of the city. This 14-floor office building offers more than 20,000 sqm of leasable space.
