According to “The Future of Work”, simply offering a split between at-home and in-office work is no longer enough. Increasing productivity and employee wellbeing is all about the digital experience, and 2020 has brought a new understanding of what the workplace should look like to both employers and employees.
Cushman & Wakefield has won a double mandate to deliver property and asset management for Neopark, an office complex that has been recently acquired by French investment manager Amundi Real Estate. The complex consisting of two office buildings offers a total of 24,600 sqm.
CEE-based flex office operator New Work continues to expand in Hungary and has opened its 7th business centre in Budapest. The company has signed for 2,000 sqm of office space in the Science Park office building in South Buda.
