GTC has officially opened Centerpoint 3, the final phase of its Centerpoint office complex in Budapest's Váci Corridor. The building adds 36,600 sqm of office, retail and service space, bringing the total area of the Centerpoint complex to more than 77,000 sqm in District 13.

Warsaw's office market recorded take-up of more than 590,000 sqm in the first three quarters of 2026, a 22% increase year on year, according to a report by AXI IMMO covering the January to September period. The vacancy rate for the city as a whole fell to 7.9%, while in central zones it dropped to just 4.3%, reflecting the impact of limited development activity in recent years.

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published office market figures for eight major regional cities in Poland covering the third quarter of 2026. Data was provided by advisory firms including Avison Young, Axi Immo, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, Newmark Polska and Savills.

Oradea Plaza, a mixed-use office and retail scheme in Oradea developed by OP Retail Center SRL, part of Crown Holding Ltd., has achieved LEED v4 BD+C: Core & Shell Gold certification with a score of 61 points. The certification covers both a refurbished existing building and a newly built office component directly connected to it, assessed together under a single process. The work was coordinated by Colliers Romania's Sustainability Services team.

Construction of the Hila mixed-use building at Brumlovka in Prague is entering its final phase, with tenants expected to move in during the second quarter of 2027. The fifteen-storey project by Passerinvest Group will offer 27,000 sqm of leasable space, combining offices, retail units and rental apartments in a single structure for the first time at the location.

Czech developer Passerinvest Group is constructing a mixed-use building called Orion at the Brumlovka district in Prague, at the junction of Vyskočilova and Michelská streets. The nine-storey building will have a total area of 28,000 sqm and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2029, with construction starting in the fourth quarter of 2025. The general contractor is Gemo.

Danube House, a 2003-built office building in Prague's Karlín district and part of the five-building Riverside Karlín campus on Rohanské nábřeží, is undergoing a major refurbishment running from 2024 to 2026. Owner CA Immo is upgrading both the technical systems and the office and communal spaces, with the completed building targeting energy class B and LEED Platinum certification.

Skanska Commercial Development Europe has completed the installation of 53 boreholes, each approximately 250 metres deep, beneath the foundation slab of its Nowy Rynek C office building in Poznań. The network will serve ground-source heat pumps as part of a system designed to allow the building to operate independently of the district heating network.

The Prague office market recorded a vacancy rate of 5.65% at the end of Q3 2026, down 11 basis points quarter-on-quarter and 74 basis points year-on-year, according to data published by Prague Research Forum (PRF). Total modern office stock stood at approximately 3.95 million sqm, with no new completions during the quarter. Approximately 222,900 sqm of vacant space was recorded across the city, with the highest vacancy in Prague 10 (12.0%) and Prague 3 (11.1%), and the lowest in Prague 2 (1.2%) and Prague 1 (3.6%).

Knight Frank has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for the office space at VINCI Office Center, located at 100 Opolska Street in Krakow. The building is asset managed by Sharow Capital, and the mandate covers the leasing of available space and the continued strengthening of the property's position in the Krakow office market.
