Czech fund Aurelia has acquired office buildings Trimaran and City Element, in Prague, from PIMCO Prime Real Estate, for an undisclosed sum.

Rohde & Schwarz Topex, part of the German Rohde & Schwarz group and its centre of competence for Voice Communication Systems, is consolidating its presence on the Bucharest office market through a renewal and expansion transaction at myhive IRIDE | nineteen, owned by CPI Romania.

Wing, the Hungarian privately owned real estate developer and investor active in Central Europe, has acquired Capital Square office building on the Váci út office corridor, from CA Immo.

Strabag has been chosen as general contractor for the residential and office buildings of Queens District and is starting work on site, with completion slated for Q1 2028. Once completed, Strabag will relocate its Bucharest headquarters into the development, on a surface of around 4,600 sqm. 

The proximity to metro stations is one of the main factors influencing the price, availability and attractiveness of office space in Prague, accoding to a recent analysis by Colliers. The highest rents near Prague metro stations are found in the city centre, where prices for premium office space reach up to €30 per sqm per month. In the wider city centre, the highest rents go up to €22, and on the city outskirts, up to €16.50 per sqm per month. Differences between individual locations are becoming more pronounced, based not only on distance from the city centre, but also on building quality, the age of the office stock and the current supply of available space.

Joint venture partners Immobel and Universale have sold the Central Point office building, in Warsaw's Central Business District, to Lewandpol Property, for €107 million.
