Trigranit has announced the signing of a lease extension agreement with Ringier Axel Springer Polska, securing the continuation of its office space lease at the Signum Work Station complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district for four years. The company has operated continuously in the building since 2019 and currently occupies nearly 12,000 sqm of office space.

The Tri-City office market ended 2025 with total stock exceeding 1.067 million sqm. Despite no new supply delivered last year, demand remained stable at 113,800 sqm, resulting in a vacancy rate drop to 11.9%, according to a report by Savills.

Bucharest's office market recorded its first year without new project deliveries in over two decades in 2025. On this backdrop, total leasing demand fell by around 25% year-on-year to approximately 250,000 sqm, while new space take-up totalled close to 90,000 sqm, according to Colliers data.

Bucharest's flexible office market has reached 74,000 sqm across 48 locations, representing over 2% of the city's modern office stock. The sector grew 8.1% year-on-year in 2025, supported by 5,600 sqm of new deliveries - a 327% increase compared to the previous year, according to an analysis by iO Partners.

Office development activity in Bucharest accelerated over the past year, with the volume of projects currently under construction exceeding 200,000 sqm of gross leasable area, the highest level since 2021. Bratislava's office market closed Q4 2024 with a significant revival in leasing activity, achieving the strongest quarterly result in the past five years. TriGranit has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Unimot to supply green energy to Signum Work Station in Warsaw for three years.
