Globalworth is now the manager of all the buildings in its Polish portfolio – after taking over the management of the Green Horizon office building in Łódź. All 22 office and multi-functional properties owned by Globalworth in the country are now managed by the company.

In May, Green Horizon was added to Globalworth’s ownership-management model. Now all 22 properties in the company’s Polish portfolio – a combined area of more than 600,000 sqm – are managed by Globalworth’s in-house property managers.

“The priority of our corporate governance model is to provide the highest quality services. Due to the fact that our managers work within Globalworth’s own structures, they can make full use of the company’s extensive know-how and support infrastructure, while being entirely familiar with all of its standards and procedures. This, in turn, means that they have the best possible knowledge of the real estate they manage at every level, together with the ability to act quickly and effectively. Our ownership-management model also enables us to develop the best – that is, the most direct – relationships with tenants, an approach that has been the foundation on which we have built and are constantly strengthening our leading position on the market,” explains Artur Apostoł, the Chief Operating Officer of Globalworth Poland.

"Our team consists of some of the top professionals on the market, who have many years of experience. For them the most important objective is the satisfaction of the tenants. While the crucial aspect for our tenants is that, as the owner and also the manager, we are always available to them in their location, for whatever they require and at any time. Bringing this final building into our ownership-management model also gives me the opportunity to thank our exceptional property managers for their excellent work and superb commitment,” adds Maciej Kamiński, the Head of Property & Facility Management at Globalworth Poland.

Green Horizon is an office building situated on the city’s Rondo Solidarności roundabout – a major communication hub just 1.5 km from Łódź Fabryczna station and the city centre. Another important advantage of this location is that it is also in the immediate neighbourhood of the largest campus of the University of Łódź. Green Horizon offers 35,500 sqm of office space, more than 400 parking spaces and a wide range of amenities for tenants, including restaurants, a medical centre and a kindergarten. It also notable for its sustainability features, such as energy-efficient lighting and an efficient air-conditioning system that uses cool air from the outside. The office building is LEED certified at the ‘Gold’ level.
