The Resideo warehouse in Nagykanizsa, Western Hungary has recently changed hands, Cushman & Wakefield announced on LinkedIn.


The seller Xantilon was represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the sale of the Resideo warehouse in Nagykanizsa. The buyer of the 4,200 sqm warehouse was the Pannónia Pension Fund.

According to the Pannónia Pension Fund's 2020 annual report, the company is constantly looking to acquire and exploit properties with good yields. Their portfolio includes, for example, retail assets leased to nationally known retail chains and the Benczúr 11 development in Budapest’s 6th district, which includes 39 apartments and office space of over 1,800 square metres.
