Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych has started the second stage of construction of the logistics park BIK Park Wrocław. The speculative investment will provide 22,500 sqm of modern warehouse space. The area of the entire complex will eventually reach the target size of 47,500 sqm. Completion of construction works is planned for the third quarter of 2022.

The park is being built in the village of Nowa Wieś Wrocławska next to the Pietrzykowice junction on the A4 motorway. The divided into modules that can be flexibly adapted to meet tenant needs. The 25,000 sqm first stage was delivered in 2020. The park is on an 11.7 ha site.

“Demand for modern warehouse space remains at a very high level. At the same time, we see a great demand for facilities available immediately. That is why we are starting an investment that we are implementing on a speculative basis. We are also negotiating with potential tenants. We are convinced that in the following periods we will manage to commercialize the entire facility. The great advantage of our investment is the location close to the Wrocław agglomeration and in the immediate vicinity of the motorway ensuring quick and convenient access," said Krzysztof Mucha, Business Development Manager from Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A.

“The investment will offer a high standard. The structure of the hall will be adapted for the installation of a photovoltaic installation. As in the first stage, innovative solutions will be applied to increase the safety of use and to protect the natural environment,” added Krzysztof Mucha.

BIK currently manages four logistics parks: Logistics Center Kraków I, Logistics Center Kraków II, BIK Park Sosnowiec II and BIK Park Wrocław I.
