GTV, an international distributor of furniture accessories and LED lighting, has signed a lease for another 32,000 sqm of space at MLP Pruszków II. The company is already occupying 20,300 sqm at the logistics centre. The new building is to be handed over to the tenant next April. The transaction was brokered through AXI IMMO, a real estate advisory firm.

This time, GTV has leased a total of about 32 thousand sqm of space available at MLP Pruszków II. Of this total, more than 30.2 thousand sqm will be used for warehousing purposes, while another 1,650 sqm will accommodate a spacious modern glazed-partitioned office. The construction work will commence in August this year, the building being scheduled for completion in April 2023. The adviser in the transaction was the real estate agency AXI IMMO.

GTV is an international manufacturer of furniture accessories and LED lighting. Its portfolio also includes complementary products, such as hand tools and protective clothing. In total, the company offers close to 12 thousand products. Nowadays GTV operates across 50 markets of Asia, Europe, America and Africa, having its branches in Croatia, the Czech Republic and Spain. Since 2018, it has been a tenant of MLP Group, currently occupying 20.3 thousand sqm of space at its logistics project MLP Pruszków II.

“MLP Pruszków II has strong potential for continued expansion. Ultimately, it will be developed into one of the largest logistics complexes in the region, located in close proximity to Warsaw and its neighbouring communities. Its excellent location, great access links, cutting-edge environmentally sustainable solutions, including solar photovoltaic systems, make it one of the most popular projects within our portfolio. We are very happy about this new contract expanding our existing relationship with the tenant, and about our ability to respond flexibly to its growing needs,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.

“We needed more warehouse space to accommodate our sales growth and efficiently serve our business partners. We set our sights on the west side of Warsaw, where our office and other warehouses are already located. We have successfully operated in the region for 25 years now,” explained Arkadiusz Marcyjanik, Logistics Director at GTV Poland S.A.

“We congratulate our client on the consistent pursuit of its long-term plans to scale up operations at the MLP Pruszków II distribution centre. This was a strategic decision taking into account all of GTV’s most important needs. The trusted property developer, well-known location, proximity to the headquarters, and access to the same staff of professionals have helped us move the negotiations along to a successful conclusion. The deal also confirms the importance of diligent work and our good relations of long-standing with both the client and the developer,” added Karol Osiecki, Associate Director Industrial & Development at AXI IMMO.

MLP Pruszków II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. With a target leasable space of 393 thousand sqm, it is the region’s largest logistics complex. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area.
