SPM Poland, a member of the BCUBE Poland Group, has joined MLP Wrocław as its new tenant. The logistics operator has leased in total more than 15,000 sqm of modern space, with the first unit already completed. Construction of another facility is about to commence, and the building is slated for handover in the first quarter of next year. 


The logistics operator has leased in total over 15,000 sqm of space at the MLP Wrocław logistics centre. The first unit spanning close to 5,700 sqm has already been completed and handed over to the tenant. The unit will be used by BCUBE Poland entirely for storage purposes. At the same time, MLP Group has commenced construction of another facility to deliver another 9,500 sqm or so of space leased under the contract, of which some 100 sqm will be office space.

The general contractor on the project is W.P.I.P., a company providing design and general contractor services for warehouse, manufacturing and office space projects that use solutions meeting high environmental standards. MLP Group works with W.P.I.P on other logistics centre development projects.

"Our logistics centre MLP Wrocław is being developed in line with the principles of sustainable construction, as confirmed by the awarded certificates that assess the environmental performance of buildings. We install rooftop solar panels in pursuit of our strategic goal of achieving a zero carbon footprint. All our solutions are strongly appreciated by potential tenants and are often the decisive factor in selecting our logistics centres. We are very pleased to have signed a contract with a new tenant. With the new unit ready, we were able to immediately hand over the completed space to the tenant. Construction of the remaining space is about to start soon, and it will be handed over to the client early next year", said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.

MLP Wrocław is a complex developed on a 13-hectare plot. It will comprise six warehouse units with a target area of 63,234 sqm. Selected buildings have been awarded the BREEAM certificate. The logistics park is located within the Psie Pole district in the north-eastern part of Wrocław, just 14 km from the city centre and in close proximity of national road E67 and express road S8 linking Wrocław with Warsaw.

New leases

  • Golden Star Estate has secured a long-term lease agreement with global technology solutions and consulting provider C&F for nearly 1,900 sqm of office space at the Konstruktorska Business Center. Following the transaction, the property, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, is now almost fully leased. The Polish branch of C&F will officially relocate to the facility at the beginning of 2027.

New appointments

  • Indotek Group has announced the appointment of Diederik Bakker as Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Head of Asset Management. In his new role, the Dutch real estate investment professional will gradually assume responsibility for the company's ITAM (investment, transaction, and asset management) activities across 12 European countries, supporting the next phase of Indotek Group’s growth. His focus includes facilitating sound investment decisions across Europe and developing a group-level portfolio management strategy that combines local market knowledge with international asset management know-how.
  • Peakside Capital Advisors has appointed Bogi Gabrovic to advise the board and support its investment and acquisition activities in Poland. Gabrovic brings more than 25 years of CEE real estate experience to the role, having previously held senior executive positions at CTP, Golub & Company, and White Star Real Estate, where she managed transactions exceeding €2 billion.
  • Katarína Brydone, Jana Vlková and Vendula Maršová have been appointed as the first Equity Partners of Colliers’ Czech business. Brydone brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate. Vlková has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, brings more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory.
