Panattoni has completed an investment in the Warminsko-Mazurskie province. Almost all of Panattoni Park Elbląg's space has been leased to Flex, a global supplier of equipment and technology. The facility is also used by the courier network DPD Polska. 

C. Hartwig Gdynia, a leading Polish freight forwarding company of the global Rhenus Group, has expanded its lease to occupy a total of 16,100 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Panattoni has purchased a huge plot in Ruda Śląska in Upper Silesia. The building permit acquired allows for the construction of a park with a total area of 65,000 sqm. The development is to be built in the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway, 15 km from the A1.

In the second and third quarters of this year, premium industrial and logistics real estate investor Accolade signed lease agreements for almost 460,000 sqm in the six countries where it operates. A significant part of this was due to parks in the Czech Republic and Spain, its first park in the Netherlands, and also Poland, where the group completed construction of a large project in Szczecin. Accolade came to Poland seven years ago and currently owns 26 of 45 parks in its portfolio, both those completed and under construction, spanning nearly 1.5 million sqm.

Panattoni has its first development for DTW Logistics – a rapidly developing company from the TSL sector. The tenant is to occupy over 25,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Warsaw West and is to start using the leased space from April 2023. 

MLP Group reported performance figures for the nine months to 30 September 2022. The Group’s net asset value (NAV) went up 33%, to over PLN 2.4 billion (€498.5 million). The value of its investment properties also rose 33%, to more than PLN 4.5 billion (€958.2 million). Consolidated revenue improved 35% yoy, to €41.9 million, driven by an increase in the leased area and rental rates. Net rental income, on the other hand, rose 30% yoy, to PLN 145.6 million (€31.0 million). Operating profit rose 164%, to PLN 750.1 million (€160.0 million). In the first nine months of 2022, MLP Group generated PLN 526,1 million (€112.2 million) in net profit, a more than 2.6-fold improvement on the year before.

NRF, the Dutch-based manufacturer and supplier of spare parts, has come to Panattoni Park Tricity West II, where it leased 32,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. It was advised during its search for the optimal facility and the lease negotiation process by Newmark Polska.

A joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has signed a portfolio loan facility agreement with Bank Pekao S.A., comprising an investment loan and VAT loan - more than PLN 500 million (over €106 million) in total. The funds have been used to finance the acquisition of three logistics properties in and around Warsaw and the redevelopment of the City Point Targówek park.

GLP announced that the last building developed at its Kraków Airport Logistics Centre in Modlniczka, near Kraków, will have Cummins as its main customer. The building will be ready next spring.

7R has completed the sale of 7R Park Goleniów II to Macquarie Asset Management. The BTS (build-to-suit) format warehouse in Goleniów, near Szczecin, comprises of 62,500 sqm of logistics space and 3,100 sqm of office space. The facility is fully leased to FIEGE, a German mail-order retailer and global e-commerce giant. The price has not been disclosed. This is the second deal between Macquarie Asset Management and 7R closed within the last few months. In August 2022, the investor also acquired the 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I facility.
