Panattoni developer has leased approx. 13,400 sqm to VS Transport at Panattoni Park Wrocław VII. The tenant will be moving into the complex this April, and the developer is announcing the construction of a further 38,000 sqm at the same location.
Savills Investment Management has completed the acquisition of the logistics unit leased to Leroy Merlin in Piątek from Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, on behalf of Korean institutional investors managed by Vestas Investment Management.
Panattoni will deliver another project for K-FLEX, a manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials. Next to the company’s existing factory near Uniejów, the developer will build a 9,300-square-metre warehouse facility. The investment will commence in mid-2020.
Online grocer Rohlik.cz has expanded its footprint in Brno with the lease of a custom-built, 8,000 sqm facility at CTPark Brno Líšeň. The expansion comes as the company has outgrown its existing 4,000 sqm premises at CTPark Brno. The new facility will double the company’s current footprint and will include both warehousing and production areas. Move in is on schedule for September 2020.
Panattoni invests again in the Warsaw area. The planned Panattoni A2 East Warsaw Park will total 80,000 sqm of space. One of the first tenants – a well-known logistics operator – set to move in as soon as Q3 2020.
7R and Hillwood have finalized a joint venture sale of a warehouse facility to a fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners. The warehouse building is a build-to-suit (BTS) project for a leading European e-commerce platform. Last year, 7R and another fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners concluded a larger warehouse portfolio transaction in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
