Panattoni has leased out almost 80,000 sqm to global logistics operator DSV within the Wrocław Logistics South Hub. This is the first lease for space in the developer’s largest project in the region, which is to eventually comprise 250,000 sqm. Construction work began in the summer of the current year.

By the end of March 2023, Panattoni will have already delivered almost a quarter of a million sqm of industrial space in Poland to DSV. That is when the developer is to hand over 75,300 sqm in the Wrocław Logistics South Hub, a project that will eventually comprise 247,000 sqm. Once again, Panattoni is developing space in the region for this global logistics operator, having already delivered to them in such cities as Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków and Gdańsk.

“DSV continues to grow in Poland and this year it was once again ranked as one of the top three firms from the TSL sector. We are very pleased that we are able to support this success by providing space throughout Poland and that a company with offices in over 90 countries has chosen us for the CEE region. How we pay them back is with our advanced technological standards and our sustainable construction practices that are so hugely important to a company of such achievement and ambition. When you include this superb location next to the S8 expressway, we stand as the perfect partner both on a national and international level,” says Marek Dobrzycki, the Managing Director of Panattoni.

Because the development of the space for DSV is to be sustainable, the developer will be able to apply for BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification while also significantly reducing both energy usage and CO2 emissions as well as looking after the wellbeing of the building user. Among other things, workers will have green relaxation areas at their disposal as well as modern office space assessed for its acoustics, air quality and access to natural light. Panattoni is also preparing electric vehicle charging stations and spaces reserved for carsharing.

Wrocław Logistics South Hub – Panattoni’s largest development in Lower Silesia – is being built in the village of Magnice, directly next to the S8 expressway, which crosses almost the entire country from Białystok in the northeast to Wrocław's A8 motorway bypass. The complex is also not far from the A4 motorway, which provides easy access to West European countries.
