The 143,000 sqm logistics facility of the Danish furniture retailer will serve more than 200 retail units in Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia. Online sales will be managed also from this centre. The complex was built by the Hungarian construction company Market Group.

Panattoni has passed 130,000 sqm delivered for LX Pantos in Poland. The Korean logistics operator has increased the space it occupies within Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII to 50,000 sqm.

Phase 1 of the East Gate Pro Business Park has been completed. Nearly 75% of the available space had been leased.

Panattoni starts another record-breaking investment, valued at €161 million (about PLN 770 million). The developer purchased nearly 45 hectares of land in October this year. Panattoni Park Katowice Airport will begin construction in the coming months, eventually reaching an area of 216,270 sqm. The investment will be built in the vicinity of the international airport, and the A1 and S1 routes. 

Panattoni has started another large-scale development for the apparel sector. A global market leader has leased 82,000 sqm in Poznań.

Demolition works are now beginning on the site of the City Point Targówek redevelopment project in Warsaw. The existing buildings will be removed and replaced with a multi-tenant logistics complex. Once completed, the park will offer nearly 100,000 sqm of modern warehousing and office space. The first completed buildings will be delivered to tenants in the third quarter of 2023.

Panattoni has completed another development in Lower Silesia in Poland. On October 25th in Głogów, the opening ceremony took place for a development for FM Logistic. The logistics operator is now to serve the e-commerce operations of Maxi Zoo, a leading pet store chain owned by the Fressnapf Group.

Develia has signed a joint venture agreement with Hillwood. As part of the agreement, a special-purpose vehicle will be created to develop a logistics park with a minimum area of 400,000 sqm GLA on a property located in Malin near Wrocław. The estimated value of the entire project will exceed PLN 1.5 billion.

Union Investment has acquired a new logistics building in the Polish town of Września, around 50 km east of Poznań. The acquisition will be added to the holdings of institutional fund UII Garbe Logistik Fonds. The seller is Netherlands-based online retailer vidaXL. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

In Q3 2022, the speculative industrial stock in Greater Budapest was expanded by eight buildings, a total of 145,390 sqm, while four new buildings were handed over in Regional Hungary, with a total of 33,380 sqm, Budapest Research Forum (BRF) reports.
