Logistics company Uniq Logistic is moving into the Reino IO Łódź warehouse on Ofiar Terroryzmu Avenue in Widzew. The tenant will occupy more than 12,000 sqm of warehouse space. Uniq Logistic was represented in the negotiation process by Axi Immo.

DHL Supply Chain has developed a carbon-neutral real estate portfolio of 400,000 sqm to support customers' growth requirements across six European Tier 1 markets. 

Despite the still-uncertain geopolitical situation over Poland's southeastern border, the performance of the warehousing sector in the investment and leasing markets gives grounds for optimism. Demand in Q3 2022 amounted to 1.6 million sqm (+11% y/y), indicating that companies are still interested in acquiring new space for development. On the supply side, on the other hand, the new policy of investment financing by banks in the coming quarters will bring the announced cooling down in the construction of new projects. This trend may particularly affect speculatively built warehouses, which at the end of September 2022 accounted for about 52% of the 4 million sqm of space currently under construction. Warsaw II is a complex of buildings that the company is acquiring as part of the implementation of the Logistics Network Architecture strategic project. The halls will be ready at the end of 2023. Panattoni will deliver the facility.

According to a report prepared by Newmark Polska, at the end of the third quarter, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock reached almost 27.4 million sqm, representing a 19.3% increase year-on-year. Panattoni is completing a 13,000 sqm development for Habasit, a leading manufacturer and supplier of conveyor solutions, conveyor belts and drive belts for the manufacturing sector. The company will consolidate two locations within Panattoni Park Czeladź V in the Silesian region as early as January 2023 and plans to expand within the park in the future. MLP Group has successfully carried out a public offering of Series F shares by way of a private placement, directed exclusively to qualified investors and investors subscribing for shares worth no less than the equivalent of €100,000. Based on an accelerated bookbuild process, the issue price of Series F shares was set at PLN 70.

7R Park Wrocław West II has been granted a valid building permit. This is another development in the Lower Silesian Voivodship to be invested in by 7R. The facility will be built in Kąty Wrocławskie. Ultimately, it will provide nearly 44,000 sqm of class-A logistics and production area.
