According to a report prepared by Newmark Polska, at the end of the third quarter, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock reached almost 27.4 million sqm, representing a 19.3% increase year-on-year. New supply in the year to date exceeded 3.58 million sqm, up by 15.6% compared to 2021’s total.

Panattoni is completing a 13,000 sqm development for Habasit, a leading manufacturer and supplier of conveyor solutions, conveyor belts and drive belts for the manufacturing sector. The company will consolidate two locations within Panattoni Park Czeladź V in the Silesian region as early as January 2023 and plans to expand within the park in the future. Newmark Polska, a consulting firm, represented the tenant in the location search and negotiation process.

MLP Group has successfully carried out a public offering of Series F shares by way of a private placement, directed exclusively to qualified investors and investors subscribing for shares worth no less than the equivalent of €100,000. Based on an accelerated bookbuild process, the issue price of Series F shares was set at PLN 70.

7R Park Wrocław West II has been granted a valid building permit. This is another development in the Lower Silesian Voivodship to be invested in by 7R. The facility will be built in Kąty Wrocławskie. Ultimately, it will provide nearly 44,000 sqm of class-A logistics and production area.

BTS warehouses are very popular with logistics companies and retailers, and e-commerce in particular, where time is of the essence. That’s why locations with convenient transport connections and proximity to motorways or expressways are clearly favoured. Panattoni takes on another development for ESA Logistika in the Radzymin area. One of the leading logistics operators in the CEE region is to take up 30,000 sqm from the beginning of 2023.

Panattoni has completed an investment in the Warminsko-Mazurskie province. Almost all of Panattoni Park Elbląg's space has been leased to Flex, a global supplier of equipment and technology. The facility is also used by the courier network DPD Polska. 

C. Hartwig Gdynia, a leading Polish freight forwarding company of the global Rhenus Group, has expanded its lease to occupy a total of 16,100 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Panattoni has purchased a huge plot in Ruda Śląska in Upper Silesia. The building permit acquired allows for the construction of a park with a total area of 65,000 sqm. The development is to be built in the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway, 15 km from the A1.
