Sekyra Group has completed the office building in the new Rohan City district in Prague. The new Arché building is now also the headquarters of Sekyra Group.

From 2021, Sekyra Group has been transforming the former brownfield on Rohanský Island in Prague 8 into an urban district that will include residences, office buildings, spaces for services, relaxation and sports, a school and green spaces.

The first stage is now being finalised, and the second phase of construction is beginning. The project is expected to be completed by 2035, providing housing and employment opportunities for approximately 11,000 people. The total investment volume will exceed CZK 25 billion (€1 billion).

The eight-floor Arché building of 10,000 sqm was also chosen as its headquarters by ESSILOR – OPTIKA and the CLA Czech Republic group. The complex has installed energy-saving LED lighting that reacts to the ambient light intensity, heating is provided by low radiators located along the windows, and the southern facade has external sunshades in the shape of waves, symbolising the Vltava River flowing in the vicinity of the building. There are chargers for electric cars and electric bicycles in the underground garages.

In recent days, construction of the A2 office building, which will house the Creditas bank, has begun in Rohan. Two other office buildings from the second stage of the project are also ready for construction.
