Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland, in partnership with the Wood & Company Logistics SubFund, has announced the development of Garbe Park Gliwice, a new industrial complex in Poland. The park will offer 75,000 sqm of leasable space and be built to BREEAM Excellent certification standards. The investment value is expected to exceed €50 million.

Garbe Park Gliwice will be integrated with an existing retail park and benefit from excellent transport access, including proximity to the A4 motorway. The Silesian region’s strong industrial tradition, skilled workforce, and developed infrastructure make it a strategic location for industrial and logistics investments. The project aims to capture rising demand driven by global supply chain shifts and Poland’s growing role as an industrial hub in Europe.

“We are excited to partner with a respected developer who has delivered hundreds of industrial projects across Europe over the past 30 years. This is a top-tier project that aligns perfectly with our strategy and offers strong return potential for our investors,” said Jan Jandík, Investment Manager at Wood & Company.

Michał Stachura, Co-Managing Director at Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland, said the cooperation marks another positive step forward in Central and Eastern Europe. “We construct our industrial parks to fully leverage the potential of their location and to offer tenants modern facilities equipped with the latest technologies,” he said. Adrian Biesaga, also Co-Managing Director at Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland, added that working with Wood & Company ensures strategic alignment and strengthens the foundation for successful delivery.

Wood & Company is a leading financial and investment group in Central Europe, active since 1991, with offices in cities including Prague, Warsaw, and Bratislava. The firm manages a real estate portfolio valued at €1.28 billion, including commercial and residential properties and logistics parks.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland is a subsidiary of Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH, one of Europe’s leading specialists in logistics and light industrial real estate. The company manages approximately 7.1 million sqm of leasable space and has a development pipeline of about 1.9 million sqm across Europe.
