Real estate developer Speedwell has purchased a new land plot in Timișoara, where the company plans to start the construction of its second mixed-use project in the city. The value of the transaction was not made public.

Belgian developer Speedwell has started the construction works for the second phase of development for SpacePlus West project, near Bucharest. The new development will have a leasable area of 7,000 sqm, while the whole project will reach 10,000 sqm. 

Belgian developer Speedwell has obtained the construction permit for the third building of The Ivy, the premium residential complex located in the Băneasa neighborhood, in Bucharest. The building is part of the second phase of development and represents an investment of €22 million, out of the €160 million value of the entire project.

Property developer Speedwell has purchased a new land plot of 15,000 sqm in Popești-Leordeni, near Bucharest, for its second light industrial project under the SpacePlus brand. 

Speedwell has purchased a land plot of 14 hectares in Corbeanca locality, close to northern Bucharest, for a new residential development that will feature 210 villas.

Strategic investor Hili Properties, part of Hili Ventures, has purchased a controlling stake of 75% in the Miro office building, developed by Speedwell in northern Bucharest, for an undisclosed sum. The remaining stake in the project will remain in the developer’s ownership for another two years. 

Strabag will build the first residential building of Speedwell’s mixed-use scheme Paltim in Timișoara and the company has been selected as the general contractor of the project.
