A furniture manufacturer is settling into the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. MLP Group is to develop over 26,000 sqm for the tenant. The client was assisted by a team of specialists of the leading commercial real estate consultancy JLL during the transaction.

The construction of three warehouses with a total area of more than 90,000 sqm, the largest of which will have a floor space of almost 50,000 sqm, has started at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. They are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. The role of the general contractor has been entrusted to W.P.I.P.

MVGM has been appointed by Hansainvest Real Assets to manage 44,000 sqm of space in two logistics centres: Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław and Panattoni Park Poznań X.

One of the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Poznan, managed by Sierra Balmain, was sold to a new investor. The agreement finalizing the transaction was signed on September 22, 2021.

The business venture is a transaction in cooperation with AXI IMMO and the Czech consulting company 108 AGENCY, which run joint projects within IRELS, an organisation of international specialists in the logistics real estate sector.

M7 Real Estate, acting on behalf of M7 CEREF II, acquired a city warehouse in Poznań from a private individual. Avison Young's investment team introduced the property and represented the buyer.
