Panattoni Europe is building 90,000 sqm of space across three parks the outskirts of Poznań – in Jaryszki (Panattoni Park Poznań VII), Komorniki (Panattoni Park Poznań IV), and Swadzim (Panattoni Park Poznań IX), with 200,000 sqm more planned. The developer is also investing in Cuiavia-Pomerania. Construction works at Panattoni Park Toruń II with more than 62,500 sqm are about to start in the coming July. The distribution centre will be put into operation as soon as Q1 2020.

Cromwell European REIT has announced that it is to acquire six office properties in France and Poland. CEREIT is to pay €246.9 million for all six properties.

At the end of 2018, Poznań’s total office stock amounted to 479,100 sqm. Six projects completed in the last twelve months delivered 21,200 sqm of new office space. The largest completions included buildings IV and V of the Pixel complex: 8,850 and 8,950 sqm, respectively. Office take-up hit 70,400 sqm, which represented a 10% y/y decrease. Key lease transactions comprised the 14,750 sqm renegotiation and expansion by Santander Bank Polska at Poznań Business Garden, a deal signed for 10,300 sqm at a Nowy Rynek building and Carlsberg’s 3,950 sqm renegotiation at Nowe Garbary. Park Inn by Radisson announced the opening of a 166-room hotel in Poznan, Poland. This brings the group's Polish portfolio to 16 hotels and more than 3,500 rooms in operation or under development. Radisson Hotel Group's international brands are represented in almost all key cities of Poland - including Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Szczecin, Swinoujscie, and now also in Poznan.

Colliers International has been appointed the manager of the 15,000 sqm Bałtyk office building in Poznań.

Metro Properties, the real estate subsidiary of Metro AG, has sold a property in Poznań with a retail building under a long-term lease to Castorama to French investor Corum Asset Management. The purchase price amounted to €20.3 million.

Deka Immobilien has instructed real estate advisory firm Savills to lease another seven office buildings: Atrium One, Helion, Luminar, MatchPoint A and B as well as Mokotowska Square in Warsaw, and Andersia Tower in Poznań. Savills will continue to act as an exclusive leasing agent for Grzybowska Park, International Business Center and North Gate.

Prologis has begun development of a Small Business Unit (SBU) facility totalling 13,000 square meters at its new Prologis Park Poznań III. The building is 14 percent pre-leased to Euro-net, the owner of RTV EURO AGD, a nationwide retail chain. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2018.

EPP announced the completion of its acquisition of the King Cross Marcelin Shopping Centre. The €91.1 million acquisition is EPP’s first entry into Poznan and brings the company’s portfolio to 19 retail projects.

Poznań’s Galeria Malta, under a JV co-owned by Heitman and Neinver, has been sold to an unnamed new investor. At the same time, Balmain Asset Management and BSC Real Estate Advisors have been designated respectively as the new asset manager and property manager of the shopping centre, replacing Neinver.
