Cordia has begun its latest large scale urban regeneration project, the revitalization of the site of the former Modena garment factory in Poznań, Poland. 

Trei Real Estate Poland has launched its first investment in Poland in the private rented sector. The property located at ul. Piątkowska in Poznań is to be ready in 2025. The developer plans to build 450 apartments, which will be available in the institutional lease formula.

Panattoni has completed a BTS project for Solaris Bus & Coach in Bolechowo. The 10,000 sqm warehouse has been built next to the company’s existing factory and will play a key role in the parts and sub-assembly supply chain for the production of Solaris vehicles. The buildings have been connected with roads and utilities and Panattoni has additionally reinforced the roof to mount 260 kWp of solar cells.

P3 Logistic Parks has started construction of the final warehouse - comprising 77,630 sqm - at its Poznań park, located in a convenient location between Berlin in Germany, and Warsaw in Poland. Skanska has sold the Nowy Rynek D office building in Poznań, Poland, to Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company focused on modern and sustainable office and logistics properties. The project is designed and built-in line with environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles. It is the first transaction between the two parties in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Panattoni is once again developing a project for DB Schenker near Poznań. In the second quarter of 2022, the logistics operator will occupy over 20,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań XII, where it will serve its client from the automotive sector. The two companies have worked together in Panattoni Park Poznań VIII in Komorniki. The building will feature reinforced floors, suitable for forklifts that use the inductive loop technology. Panattoni will also deliver numerous green solutions, which should allow the project to obtain the BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level.
