Skanska has sold the Nowy Rynek D office building in Poznań, Poland, to Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company focused on modern and sustainable office and logistics properties. The project is designed and built-in line with environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles. It is the first transaction between the two parties in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Real estate investor and fund manager, Cromwell Property Group acting on behalf of CEREIT, has leased 17,500 sqm of office space to two Santander Group businesses at the Business Garden Poznań in Poland.

Blackbrook Capital, a European independent real estate investment firm focusing on mission-critical supply chain assets, announced the funding for the development of a 45,000 sqm Class-A logistics facility in Western Poland.

GLP has launched the development of two new warehousing projects in Poland: the third phase of construction at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre and the first building of Warsaw V Logistics Centre.

Panattoni is once again developing a project for DB Schenker near Poznań. In the second quarter of 2022, the logistics operator will occupy over 20,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań XII, where it will serve its client from the automotive sector. The two companies have worked together in Panattoni Park Poznań VIII in Komorniki. The building will feature reinforced floors, suitable for forklifts that use the inductive loop technology. Panattoni will also deliver numerous green solutions, which should allow the project to obtain the BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level.

A furniture manufacturer is settling into the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. MLP Group is to develop over 26,000 sqm for the tenant. The client was assisted by a team of specialists of the leading commercial real estate consultancy JLL during the transaction.

The construction of three warehouses with a total area of more than 90,000 sqm, the largest of which will have a floor space of almost 50,000 sqm, has started at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. They are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. The role of the general contractor has been entrusted to W.P.I.P.

MVGM has been appointed by Hansainvest Real Assets to manage 44,000 sqm of space in two logistics centres: Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław and Panattoni Park Poznań X.

One of the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Poznan, managed by Sierra Balmain, was sold to a new investor. The agreement finalizing the transaction was signed on September 22, 2021.

MLP Group, a developer operating on the warehouse property market in Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania, has added a further 10 ha to the land bank of its MLP Poznań West project. The target project area has thus increased to about 150,000 sqm, making it one of the region’s largest logistic sites.
