The construction of three warehouses with a total area of more than 90,000 sqm, the largest of which will have a floor space of almost 50,000 sqm, has started at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. They are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. The role of the general contractor has been entrusted to W.P.I.P.

MVGM has been appointed by Hansainvest Real Assets to manage 44,000 sqm of space in two logistics centres: Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław and Panattoni Park Poznań X.

The business venture is a transaction in cooperation with AXI IMMO and the Czech consulting company 108 AGENCY, which run joint projects within IRELS, an organisation of international specialists in the logistics real estate sector.

M7 Real Estate, acting on behalf of M7 CEREF II, acquired a city warehouse in Poznań from a private individual. Avison Young's investment team introduced the property and represented the buyer.

European warehouse property developer MLP Group is set to build a BTS facility for a new customer. The tenant was assisted during the transaction by a team of experts of the Savills consultancy.
