Martley Capital has completed the sale of two Polish warehouse assets from their Polish value add fund, known as POLAF. The assets are located in Długołęka and in Oleśnica, both in the Wroclaw Industrial Hub. The buyer and the price have not been revealed.

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published figures summarizing office market in eight major regional markets in Poland (Kraków, Wrocław, the Tri-City, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin, Szczecin) for Q4 2024. According to the latest report published by Newmark Polska, in 2024, leasing activity on the Warsaw office market continued at a steady level, while developers required significant pre-lets before commencing new projects, which led to a moderate office development pipeline. At the same time, the vacancy rate declined steadily, resulting in shrinking office availability. This trend is expected to persist into 2025.

TVH, a supplier of parts and accessories for material handling, industrial, construction and agricultural machines, has leased nearly 17,000 sqm of modern space at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska in Silesia region of southern Poland. Cushman & Wakefield provided assistance during the choice of location, negotiations and lease strategy development.

For Ghelamco, 2024 was marked by the sale of the Warsaw UNIT office building. The developer also commissioned and fully commercialized Warsaw’s VIBE office building, announced new real estate projects in the capital and Gdynia, and reported satisfactory sales results in the residential segment. For this year, Ghelamco has announced more office and residential developments, as well as completion of its flagship project in Warsaw: the 174-meter skyscraper The Bridge in the city centre. 

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) has underwritten an investment facility for a retail portfolio in Poland for Pine Bridge Benson Elliot. The portfolio consists of three shopping centres in Łódź, Toruń and Kraków in Poland. 

Kajima Europe completed the sale of its prime logistics scheme in Zabrze, Poland. Generali Group acquired the asset in December 2024. The price has not been revealed.
