Nowa Szkoła, a company specialising in furnishing schools, kindergartens and nurseries, has decided to renegotiate its lease agreement and expand its operations within the Central European Logistics Hub (CELH) in Łódź.
Under the new lease terms, Nowa Szkoła, which supplies its products to more than 60 countries worldwide, will occupy 12,500 sqm of logistics space, complemented by 340 sqm of office and social facilities. AXI Immo represented Nowa Szkoła in the transaction.
Łukasz Wronka, Logistics Manager at Nowa Szkoła, comments: "The extension of our lease at the current location, combined with an increase in leased space, is aligned with our growth strategy and efforts to improve supply chain efficiency. The additional area will allow us to organise our processes better and is expected to shorten order-picking times, enabling us to deliver more orders to schools in Poland and abroad."
