Industrial developer CTP has purchased an 18-ha site in the Poznań district, where it plans to start the construction of a new business park in early 2026. 

The Polish luxury real estate market is relatively young, with its assets constituting only a small percentage of the overall housing market, while the value of this niche stands at around PLN 3.5 billion (€840 million), according to a Walter Hertz report. 

GTC has raised €82 million from the sale of two assets in Poland and Croatia as part of a strategy designed to strengthen its financial position.  

Industrial developer 7R has raised €35 million from the sale of green bonds, as part of a wider program through which it aims to obtain €100 million.

Develia has purchased a plot of land in central Wrocław, where it plans to develop a student accommodation project with around 600 rooms and two facilities. The property was acquired from a company within the Puro Hotels group for close to €10 million.

CTP has signed a 10-year lease for more than 46,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at CTPark Warsaw South to Douglas, one of the European leaders in the omnichannel premium beauty segment.

Cushman & Wakefield agency has summarised the situation on the Warsaw office market in 2024, a year marked by subdued development activity leading to a gradual decline in office space availability. At the same time, leasing activity remained consistent with 2023’s level. According to Cushman & Wakefield, these trends are likely to continue this year.
