CTP has purchased a 140,000 sqm plot of land located within the Pomeranian Investment Centre (PCI) - an industrial park located in the vicinity of the largest container terminal on the Baltic Sea. The land acquired from the Gdańsk Economic Development Agency will be used to construct the next stage of the CTPark Gdańsk Port industrial and logistics complex.

Panattoni has been issued financing for the construction of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV. The €17.25 million loan was granted by Santander Bank Polska.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the property manager of the Vibe office building in Warsaw’s Wola district. 

According to the latest report by Newmark Polska, transaction volume in the Polish warehouse market in the first half of 2024 totalled more than 2.72 million sqm, up by 22.7% from the same time last year. Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock surpassed 33.5 million sqm, a 9.5% rise year-on-year.

StudentSpace, a student housing platform, launched earlier this year by Signal Capital Partners, Griffin Capital Partners, and Echo Investment, announced the start of the construction of its first investments. The company has secured two prime plots in Kraków for the development of two dormitories. Located near public transportation, these new dormitories will provide convenient access to universities and downtown areas, accommodating over 1,200 students. Looking ahead, StudentSpace plans to launch projects in Warsaw, with construction expected to begin next year. These are the first investments by StudentSpace, which aims to build 5,000 beds over the next 3 to 5 years. The company also launched a website and brand identity.

In the first half of 2024, revenues of the MLP Group amounted to PLN 187.7 million (€43.5 million) and the value of investment properties reached PLN 5,057 billion (€1,17 billion).

Panattoni has sold a 37,000 sqm distribution centre in Teresin (Mazovia region) that it developed for the use of Orbico Supply – an FMCG company and a distributor of cosmetics in Europe. The name of the buyer and the value of the transaction were not disclosed.

Eika Real Estate Fund (EREF) has acquired the BIG office in Poland, in the central part of Kraków, which is let to State Street Bank. The fund plans to further expand its investments in logistics, offices and retail parks in Poland. The price has not been revealed.

Despite persistently high interest rates and geopolitical tensions, growing investor interest - particularly in retail assets - is a sign of stabilization and a forthcoming recovery later in the year, says BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland in its latest report.

Trademarc, a company co-owned and managed by Griffin Capital Partners, has sold a 37,590 sqm Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse located in Teresin, west of Warsaw. The buyer and transaction amount have not been disclosed.
