CTP has completed the first phase of its industrial-logistics park in Puchały near Warsaw. The finished building covers nearly 9,134 sqm and the developer is simultaneously constructing another facility with 22,055 sqm.

CTPark Warsaw Janki is one of seven CTP warehouse investments in the Warsaw agglomeration. The location near the S8 route provides direct connection to Warsaw and access to main exit roads, which is important for organising deliveries and distribution in the region. The first building's space was designed to be divided into modules of approximately 1,500 sqm each, for flexible use by tenants, under the CTFlex format.

"We have completed the first phase of the investment, receiving a permit for the WJAN 01 hall. We plan to complete another facility this half-year, whose construction is already at an advanced stage. Ultimately our complex will consist of five buildings. This will significantly increase the pool of space available immediately in the Warsaw region, near Chopin Airport, which is important for companies planning quick relocation or launching operations in the capital," explains Patrycja Wiesemann, Senior Business Developer at CTP Polska.

Depenbrock is the general contractor for the WJAN 01 building. The complex is being built on a 13.07-hectare plot, and the project includes solutions related to space usage quality alongside standard operational parameters.
