Hines has completed the sale of Nestlé House, a Class A office building in Warsaw's Mokotów Business District, to Transitions Europe, an open-ended real estate investment fund (SCPI) managed by Arkéa REIM. The transaction marks the second disposal completed by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) in 2026.
The property comprises more than 16,400 sqm of office space and approximately 1,400 sqm of retail and service space. During a holding period of nearly 12 years, the Hines asset management team worked with property and leasing managers to bring the building to 100% occupancy as of October 2026, including by extending Nestlé's lease. All leases were extended for a further five years ahead of the sale, supporting a stable long-term leasing profile.
Over the holding period, the team also delivered a range of sustainability initiatives, including rooftop beehives, a Veturilo city bike station and an Eco Calendar promoting recycling, water conservation and wellbeing. Nestlé House holds a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification.
