The Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments hotel opened in Kraków’s Unity Centre. The property features 229 rooms, along with 46 extended-stay apartments located in a separate building.

Panattoni has begun construction work on a new Built To Own (BTO) centre for the E.G.O.-Group (E.G.O.), a supplier for household manufacturers. The construction of the manufacturing plant is to start in July this year and the completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Cushman & Wakefield has summarised the situation on the Polish retail market in the second quarter of 2024. There were eight new retail completions with the development pipeline comprising approximately 400,000 sqm. The joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has launched the construction of the C2 facility at City Point Targówek. The light industrial building will offer 25,000 sqm of space with units starting from 1,000 sqm. Depenbrock Poland is the general contractor for the project.

Panattoni has signed a lease contract for over 16,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Goleniów I with logistics operator Fiege. With this deal, the entire 60,000 sqm park has been fully commercialised.

Precordia Capital and Septyma have become holders of 66% of shares in the convenience retail park Street Mall Vis à Vis Wilanów located on ul. Przyczółkowska 219 in Warsaw. They acquired the shares from Capital Park Sp. z o.o. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.

Panattoni has launched construction work on a new centre – Panattoni Park Bieruń I. The project has an area of almost 20,000 sqm and is located near to Silesia’s main transport arteries. Already, the first tenant has been found for the centre – Sport-Shop.pl, which will occupy 13,000 sqm. The construction work is scheduled for completion in February 2025.
