CBRE IM has acquired Building D of the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre. The building offers 13,800 sqm GLA and is fully let to two tenants. 7R has now sold all four buildings of 7R Park Beskid, comprising a total GLA of 58,300 sqm, to CBRE Investment Management.


Developer 7R previously sold buildings A and B offering a total GLA of 29,000 sqm and building C comprising 15,500 sqm GLA, in 2019 and 2020 respectively, to CBRE Investment Management.

7R Park Beskid I logistics centre is located in Czechowice-Dziedzice in the Silesia submarket in Poland. The park benefits from its close proximity to the Czech and Slovak borders and direct access to the national motorway No.1.

All four assets of the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre have been fully let since acquisition. 7R Park Beskid I centre has a diversified tenant mix of 10 international and national companies, including logistics operator Raben, parcel shipping company DPD, global furniture fabrics manufacturer Davis Fabrics and dental and prosthetic supplier Marrodent.

7R Park Beskid I logistics centre offers ecological and energy efficient solutions, as well as high standards of fire protection. It is BREEAM certified at “Good” level.

During the divestment process of 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre, 7R was advised by KKW. CBRE Investment Management was advised by Linklaters, Arcadis, Crido and Riskonet.

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
