Cavatina Holding has completed work on the top floors of the Global Office Park office towers in Katowice. The office buildings will be 104 m high each and will provide over 55 thousand sq m of space. Their commissioning is planned for the second quarter of 2022, and they are already leased in about 54%.

MLP Group, industrial developer operating across the European warehouse property market (in Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania) has just purchased a 12-ha land plot at Spiżowa Street in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Located in the western part of the city, 900 m from the S3 road junction and 9 km away from the city centre, it will accommodate MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski, a modern logistics and distribution centre.

CPI Property Group and Aroundtown notified Globalworth of a series of transactions in respect of their existing holdings which have resulted in Zakiono, an entity indirectly owned by the consortium holding a total of 51.50% of the shares in the company.
