According to Cresa Poland analysts, modern class A warehouses are now far more superior than out-of-town facilities built 10-15 years ago. They provide top-grade space in terms of location, accessibility and warehousing solutions.

Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in the Grunwaldzki Center in Wrocław.

Another building of the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznan, developed by Skanska, has received its occupancy permit.
