P3, an investor and developer of European warehouse facilities, has acquired 29 hectares of land in Kąty Wrocławskie. This newly purchased plot is located near Wrocław, in the Lower Silesia region, one of the most attractive warehouse locations in Poland. Logistics facilities will be built on the site comprising a total area of around 175,000 sqm.

Due to its location and the strong occupier demand in the country, the site acquired by P3 is especially ideal for third party logistics and e-commerce providers. It is located only 15 minutes away from Bielany Wrocławskie, which is the main warehouse and industrial zone of Lower Silesia, and 35 minutes away from downtown Wrocław. The acquisition is P3’s second investment in this area, after the company purchased a plot of around 4 hectares in Wrocław, close to the airport.

Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director P3 Logistic Parks in Poland: “The Lower Silesian region is one of the most industrialised regions in Poland. We see here dynamic development of the automotive, electro technical, and electromechanical sectors, as well as plastics production and metal products industry. For some time now, our strategy has been to enter the Wrocław market; finding a suitable plot was just a matter of time for us. We see it as a strategic location, as on the one hand it perfectly complements our portfolio of large logistics parks in key locations in Poland, and on the other hand it enables us to offer top quality facilities to our customers who want to operate in this region.”

This plot is situated directly by the A4 motorway, which is part of the third Pan-European Transport Corridor connecting Berlin, Wrocław, Kraków, and Ukraine. The junction which links the A4 motorway with the A8 motorway ring of Wrocław is also nearby, within a 15-minute drive.
